These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7b7b website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

7b7b reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including requesting identity documents, proof of age, or proof of address. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held may be subject to review prior to release.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 7b7b. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7b7b employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts and will take action including suspension and balance forfeiture upon detection.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service.
• Do not allow browsers to save your 7b7b password on shared or public devices.
• Log out fully from the Platform at the end of every session on any device not exclusively under your control.
• Notify 7b7b immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party.

7b7b reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

All monetary transactions on the 7b7b Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7b7b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 7b7b reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your 7b7b wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment service. 7b7b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or mobile banking maintenance windows. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be processed. Verification typically requires a government-issued identity document and confirmation of your registered mobile number.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the bonus portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal.

7b7b does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees. 7b7b is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party financial service providers.

7b7b may from time to time offer bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free spins, cashback arrangements, and other incentive schemes to eligible players. All such offers are entirely at 7b7b's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless the specific game requires otherwise.

Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the 7b7b Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming. 7b7b will not reverse or amend bets that have been accepted due to user error in selection or stake entry.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets and casino games on the Platform:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 7b7b reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error resulting in an incorrectly offered market, 7b7b reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes cricket markets where an incorrect score, result, or odds feed was published due to a data provider error.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Platform, collect or use any product listings, make derivative use of the Platform, or download or copy any information for the benefit of any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7b7b and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, any game results, any interruption or cessation of service, or any errors or omissions in the Platform's content.

7b7b's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
